An Incredible Case(1989)

A trinity of aliens, who arrived on Earth in order to find out the state of the intellect of its inhabitants, settled in a camping tent not far from a small Tajik village. Batur, a local guy - savvy and cheerful - with the ease of a child prodigy disables guests' equipment and charms a blue-eyed alien.
