The Great Adventure of Hobo Joe(2018)

A hobo named Joe gets a good payday from a kind man. He decides to go to the DI and buy a shirt, when he gets there he learns they have a buy a shirt get a cape free deal. Unlike most capes this one can time travel and leads him onto a time traveling journey.
