The Lust Potion of Dr F(1986)

When the teen movie star Phoebe turns 18, she's afraid of being over the hill, and enlists the services of a university research doctor to make a youth potion. The doctor tries the potion himself, only to find it has side effects, leaving the women he encounters as "sexed".
