Biography
Dave Packard was an American electrical engineer and co-founder, with Bill Hewlett, of Hewlett-Packard, serving as president, CEO, and chairman of the board of HP. He served as U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense from 1969 to 1971 during the Nixon administration.
